F@ST Andie Racing and Motorcycle Mechanics Institute (MMI) Looking for the Get There. Faster. Smarter WIN at the Amalie Motor Oil NHRA GATORNATIONALS March 15th -18th
(Kissimmee, FL) March 7th, 2018 – Just coming off a successful practice weekend at Orlando Speedworld, F@ST Andie exclaims through tears of joy “We not only had one but two best personal times! This past winter has been intense in the sense of practices, in the past thirteen months we have gained 20+ years of experience and kicking off the season with a new partner is going to be powerful”, an excited Andie exclaims!
Get There, Faster. Smarter – F@ST Andie’s Racing Team announces partnering with Motorcycle Mechanics Institute for the Amalie Oil NHRA Gatornationals kick-off event. “Pairing up with MMI is a huge plus for the F@ST Team as well as the fans,” Andie goes on to say “to be able to come by, say hi get a picture and autograph and learn more about the MMI training programs which can prepare a person for a career in the motorcycle industry in specialized training with all the leading industry brands.”
Heading to one last practice before the NHRA Gatornationals- F@st Andie is confident in herself, the bike- a Vance & Hines powered 1996 Suzuki GSXR 1655cc formerly owned and run competitively by Freddie Camerena, and the Team! “We’ve spent all our down-time practicing before the season opens… Some of our accomplishments are that we made good, straight, clean passes and the other pro teams waited for me to test the windy cross winds for them. Plus we have found the edges of performance on our own by making the time to test and bringing Justin Collier on board which helped me fit this bike. All a big step for us to take the same bike we debuted on and turn it around F@ST!”
“Fans from all over, including Nova Scotia have reached out and to let us know that they heard of our incredible progress and are rooting for us and…professionals and business owners are STILL calling each other to discuss their disbelief of how much has changed, one business owner approached me personally and apologized for counting me out” Andie exclaims. “Greg Underdahl called to tell that he acknowledges the turn-around in our program! We head to the Gatornationals knowing we have a lot of work in front of us to accomplish and we’re ready!”
About F@ST Andie Racing: Andie discovered her first street bike in her late 20’s and her love of speed was born at an entirely new level. She wanted to go faster than the law allowed. A customer revealed to her the drag strip in Sturgis, South Dakota. He connected her with the track manager and away she went. Andie’s first year running the local circuit, she landed runner up in the bike bracket class. Second year, she took the track Championship. Team F@st launched to the professional level in 2017 with the opportunity to work with veteran Greg Underdahl and compete in 10 national NHRA events. Partnered with Greg Underdahl again for the 2018 season!
About NHRA: The Mellow Yellow NHRA drag racing series is a nationally televised series.

Talk about being blessed because team F@ST Racing has Justin Collier in our corner! He literally has a lifetime of drag racing experience. Justin began racing at the age of nine. Mr. Collier is a 2-time National Champion on VTwins with AHDRA 2013 and AMRA 2014. He also competes on Nitro Harley’s.
He is the Founder of CODE1320X. This is a coaching program for racers and drivers to exponentially improve there performance on and off the track. It focuses on the entire mental game of Drag Racing. Justin clearly is an important contributor to the sport itself and he gets to use this experience daily as the owner operator of OTB Fabrication.
Justin Collier loves to go fast so his years of experience working in aerospace makes perfect sense. Justin’s involvement is a key part of F@ST Racing. On top of that, we share a great friendship. WOW… awesome stuff!
We would like to take time to thank Freddie Camarena for his help, advice and friendship. Freddie is an absolute treasure trove of drag racing experience that we are honored to have access to. When our friendship began we thought we had won the lotto.
Just think about it Mr. Camarena came out swinging back in 1999 and was Nominated for Rookie of the year and has he not stopped yet. His dedication to the sport can never be questioned because him and Steve Johnson are are the only ones that we know of that has been to at least one race every year since 1999.
Freddie is truly an asset to the sport of drag racing and has proven it over the years by helping several new teams set up their bikes for Pro stock motorcycle. Freddie has been racing in the class a long time and has a mind stock full of data and knowledge pertaining to Pro Stock bikes. Freddie is a key part of our team and his friendship is a blessing.
